Question Best HDD cloning software?

Hi, i have tried a whole heap of free ones of the net but non seem to work?

maybe i am doing it wrong , but could someone recomend a good one (relativly cheap or free) and some instructions and/or hints and tips about cloning hdd's

symantec ghost works
acronis diskimage works (free trial)

those 2 works for sure.

Jokes aside, follow the instructions.I found it fairly simple

Acronis is pretty idiot proof. I use the workstation / server versions and they're the more reliable disc cloners I've come across.

I've used Acronis extensively and have always stood by their HDD cloning software (Acronis True Image Home). I've also used Norton Ghost and find that to be a robust and capable hard drive cloning program as well.
