Default Issue cloning hdd

Hi,

I just cloned my hdd to a new hdd using Easeus Disk Copy. I unplugged my old hdd and plugged the new hdd in and it booted fine but Windows is still recognizing the hdd as the old one. While booting up, it is displayed correctly but within "My Computer" it still lists the old hdd.

Does anyone know what could be the cause?

Thanks.

In what way does it list the old HDD? Same size? Same hardware ID?
