Default Any issues with upgrading to a 64-bit OS?

I've got an HP Media Center m7760n that I bought about a year and a half ago. I've been making some modifications to it to get better performance out of it and I've been thinking of looking into going from the stock 32-bit Vista Premium to 64-bit Vista Ultimate. Only thing holding me back is potential driver issues.

Anyone here have any experience with doing this kind of thing on HP hardware?

-You wont have driver issues unless if you got some really special hardware (uncommon).
-You will need to format your HDD, you cant "update" to 64-bit
-Hardware doesnt really matter, as long as it can run Vista (wich by reading that it seems like you have)
