NEC used to be a pretty popular name for monitors when CRTs loomed large. These days, outside of the pro market, not as many people know them for LCDs - and that's a shame. As the new MultiSync P241W shows, NEC is still a good buy if you need high-end equipment; the downside is that you'll need a high-end budget to match.
