I have a whole list of changes/upgrades for the next edition (next summer probably). Should streamline the outside appearance. Hopefully I won't be so messy with the glue next time either, that will sharpen the look a lot.

I don't know if this is the look that you are after but you could use screws to put it together and put decorative brass caps on top of the screws.

Thats not the look I am after - not to say others wouldn't like it. My next revision I am going to remove further evidence of screws actually - the screws on the side panels and the fan mount locations will all be hidden. I like the cleaner look, personally.

I am guessing you are referring to the fan controller, which displays the fan speeds and temperatures (has knobs on it)? If so, you can find it here. I like having it - I can control how much noise the fans make if they are bugging me. I also think it looks pretty nice. Price was good compared to others out there too.

Caleb,
any chance that you have tried running any 10,000+rpm 40mm server fans on that fan controller?
I am in the market for one. It seems that most fan controllers just cant take the load. I have had at least 3 go bad on me. My fans only take like 8 watts each. Most are usually rated for 10 watts per fan, but even those have burned out on me.

I have not tried fans other then the 140's in this case and some 120's in my other computer (I have two of these controllers). Sorry that I can't be of more help.
