What graphics card is better?

Here's the card my friend wants me to buy
ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB Video Card | eBay

I'm not literally buying this one off eBay... I'm just providing that link to show what I'm talking about.

The graphics card I was going to buy is the ATI Radeon Sapphire HD5770.

I can get them both for around the same price.

Which one is better?

It all boils down to warranty and customer service....I had a not so great expereice with sapphire back when I tried a 4850....though not near as bad a with visiontek when I tried a 4870 as soultion to the 4850 problems...When I finally got on the phone with VT they were downright abusive, ...with sapphire I never once herard back from them, left emails and voicemails....Turns out my problems were due to very immature drivers...but 3 weeks, 3 cards and not even having my desktop behave normally I went back to Nvidia and EVGA

Even with new tech and new software, decent workarounds are usually no more than 48 hours away and not hard to find....an EVGA rep even called me back out of the blue when he discovered a solution to an issue I was having in Arkham City running an SLI config. Thats service that earns loyalty, throw in the step up program and the easiest RMA service I've ever dealt with and its hard to beat...

XFX and HIS from what I gather are the tops in CS for ATI right now
