Default What do you think of the Dell XPS 210?

I really like how compact this is. I'm not a PC gamer so I don't care about upgrading crap and there are a ton of things that work with USB anyway..

I say you can build a compact, miniPC that are the same specs as the XPS 210 for hundreds of dollars less. You don't care about upgrading crap, but do you care about saving a lot of money?

Take a look at the new Silverstone Sugo SG03, its a pretty nice MicroATX case, a little bit on the expensive side but worth the money, very nice finish and Silverstone quality. As for the mobo look at the new G33 NB, you can put almost any CPU in there, rigth now the the E6600 is the king of the jungle, so go for it, if you want more power go with the Q6600, the price cuts are around the corner.

I think the Sugo case can support a 8800GTS video card, you will find more than enough the 640MB version. Look for some RAM deals, there are plenty this days, go with 2GB though.

As for the PSU the corsair 520HX or 620HX are the way to go, one of the best PSU available and are modular for better cable managment for MicroATX cases. Some DVD+/-RW and thats it.

Edit: I Forgot the hard drive duh! There are plenty 320GB is more than enough, you can allways add more if you need, 7200RPM for best performance.

Take a look, is a thread here regarding a new building using the Sugo.
