Why are you getting a lower end SSD when you are purchasing all these high end components?
why not get something like the:
Amazon.com: Intel 330 Series Solid-State Drive 120 GB SATA 6 Gb/s 2.5-Inch - SSDSC2CT120A3K5: Computers & Accessories
or
Amazon.com: Corsair Force Series GT 120 GB SATA 2.5-Inch SATA III Solid State Drive (CSSD-F120GBGT-BK): Electronics
The motehrboards: it seems like you know what you want already. Just look around at their specs and prices on newegg and find out which on exactly. Good companies: Gigabyte, EVGA, ASUS, etc.

well i waslooking for peoples thoughts and opinions on the build and for the motherboard because i have been building amd since my p4... lol and i looked on newegg and didnt really find much and i was wondering if any one found a good board on another site or has this type of set up and could suggest a board that they are using.
as far as the sdd goes i ust through that in there because of how cheap it was only planned on putting windows on it but the ones u suggest are about twice as much for about twice the performance. will probably go with Corsair Force GT 60 GB only 80 bucks so not to bad at all thanks for that suggestionDesktop: Xcilo777, Msik9a2 cf, Athlon II x4 645, 2 4870's 1gb XFIRE, 3x1 gb ram, 1dead

lga 2011 is a very limited socket as far as cpu option (literally 3 chips), i would stick with 1155 if your wanting a cheaper and alot more options as far as cpu
asrock is a good brandAurora R4: i7 3960x - 16GB Corsair Dominator GT Ram @ 2133mhz - BluRay Burner - ALX Chassis - 516GB SSD+3tb HDD - PNY Nvidia GTX 680
APEX M15x: 17 920xm - ATI Radeon HD6990m - 1920x1080 WLED - Corsair 16GB Ram - BluRay Burner - Corsair C300 256GB SSD - Intel Ultimate-N 6300

No. the i7-3770k is a lga 1155 chip. x79 is not compatible, it is lga 2011.
Stick to z77 motherboards. AsROCK is good, but I only get asrock for low end motherboards.
Personally I'm a big fan of ASUS motherboards:
Here's a random board that I like, don't know if it fits your requirements or this is best price.
Amazon.com: ASUS Intel Z77 ATX DDR3 2400 LGA 1155 Motherboard P8Z77-V PRO: Computers & AccessoriesLast edited by SpicySnow; 07-29-2012 at 07:02 PM.

Newegg.com - ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
so will this board work? its asus so i know its a good brand but. support sli / cfx i believe it does but want to know for sure. and its z77 so cpu should work.
is this board going to be the best choice? or is there a better one for less or maybe a little bit more money ?Desktop: Xcilo777, Msik9a2 cf, Athlon II x4 645, 2 4870's 1gb XFIRE, 3x1 gb ram, 1dead

The 3770K will work with that board, I know because I have both. While its not as expensive as the Rampage its still up there compared to other boards you can get (in the 100-150 range) The thermal armor is kinda gimmicky, I bought it because I OC and it has lots of features but I couldve went with something cheaper.
