You picked a pretty big case but a MicroATX board, go with a standard ATX board.
Also if your getting a Ivy Bridge processor get a z77 chipset motherboard as well.

No need for a micro ATX board in that case and go with z77 chipset motherboard like mentioned.

Is a $300 processor really necessary? What do you need it for? Honestly. Ask yourself a lot of questions. Why do I need an ivy bridge i7? Would a $200 i5-3570 be okay instead?

Is it worth $200 for a discrete GPU when you don't seem to be doing any intensive gaming and the i7 you want comes with the 4000 graphics and may be enough? What games are you planning on playing?

Do you really need a 700W power supply? With an ivy bridge processor and one high end graphics card like a GTX 6xx series, 600W from a good quality power supply is enough.

Do you really need the $100 case? You can spend half as much.

Why the "Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower"?

It seems to be the most popular tower on this forum: and I have no idea why everyone seems to want it. Does coolermaster have some crazy PR that I'm not aware of? Like TV ads? (I don't have TV :/)

It had a bunch of reviews and good rating and a pretty low price for what it offered. Also it doesn't look that bad for the price.

For the $100 I got the Lian Li PCK62, best case I've had.
