Hello
I've got around 700$ to build a pc primarily used for gaming and music production.
I was hoping for some suggestions on where I can save money now and do some upgrades in a year or so. I need something that will last a few years with upgrades.
I was thinking an i5-2500k - I've read good things plus I can overclock if necessary.
I know I should get a good motherboard for it since it is another part I wont be upgrading. Any suggestions on guidelines for picking this out?
For the gpu - Any mid-range suggestions - this is something that can get expensive, but I don't mike medium settings for now and I can upgrade in a year or so.
I'll just get a regular SATA drive for now and eventually add a ssd.
Memory is cheap, so not an issue unless there is something I should look for on a deal.
What would a good, cheap case be?
And power supply, will rosewill 620w suffice?
thanks
