Default The Logical Increments Desktop PC Buying Guide

I came across this guide and thought that this forum would appreciate it. It's a buying guide which pretty much looks at todays recommended hardware pairings across a wide spectrum of budgets and pieces custom builds together piece by piece. It's actually a fantastic guide, something I would consider sticky worthy, but that's up to the mods here. It's pretty self-explanatory so no more details are needed, just check it out!

Hope this helps, it was a huge help for me!

Not a bad list, but it seems a bit biased to certain things instead of looking at all products, so I would like to see more recommendations for things in the same price range (like cases for example)

Any wise shopper looking to fit into the lower budget tiers will look around for current sales rather than eye down a single product.

Building a budget rig for my boss right now and I of course find the RAM on sale w/ free shipping, the Power supply on sale (nice 450w Silver Cert 1/2 off currently)

Can save further money by getting a triple core AMD CPU and manually unlocking the 4th core in the Bios

    Stuff like that.

I see what you mean, but as someone who is fresh into building a system, I found it hard to figure out exactly what performed better than what (stock settings obviously) without having to reference 3-4 different sites and forums first. This is pretty much your "one-stop info guide" for all that.
