It looks fine, but I will suggest you get another 2 gigs of RAM at some point if you're running a 64-bit OS, or 1 additional of you're going to run a 32-bit OS.
It looks great man, but why the 7200 instead of the q6600? I think the Q6600 with a good cooler will do you more justice in the long run and its actually cheaper (for the cpu, once you add 40-60$ for a cooler it could be just a tad more)
Those 4850's are a beast I just broke 19,000 3dmark06 today with mine (2 of them of course) but again with added cooling they go VERY high inclocks with some simple volt mods and even at a bios level you can overclock the core past spec and near 4870 speeds as its the same core!
If you can afford it, the Q6600 is a great choice, and at stock is just under that 7200 in speeds, but is so easily overclockable to go past that, you don't need to worry.
